Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Golf Putting ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Subscriptions

• The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Use of the App

• The App uses AR and LiDAR technology to provide putting analysis. Results are for reference only and may vary depending on environmental conditions.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for ensuring a safe physical environment when using the App's AR features.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of putting analysis results. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
